ID Management Officer

About the role

The ID Management Officer will ensure that user access rights and roles are accurately maintained across the bank's core banking platforms. This position supports the security and operational integrity of the T‑24 banking application and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain user roles and access rights across core banking systems.
• Process user access requests, modifications, deactivations, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain documentation for new ID creation, branch transfers, and related activities.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager Information Security and senior management on additional assignments.
• Stay familiar with the T‑24 Banking Application screen and related functionalities.

Required profile

• Graduate degree; preferably a Master’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of User ID Management.
• Experience working with banking applications, especially T‑24.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
