QA Engineer – Full Funnel & Launch Owner

About the role

We are looking for a QA Engineer to own end-to-end quality assurance for NOBL Travel and Flo Pilates. You will be the quality gate for all product launches, ad-messaging, email and web copy, ensuring zero critical defects reach customers and that all communications are accurate, on-brand and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering the full customer journey from product discovery to post-purchase.
• Test complex product logic such as bundle offers, dynamic pricing, tiered discounts and promo-code application.
• Validate checkout flows across multiple payment gateways, tax and shipping calculations, and fraud-prevention integrations.
• Perform cross-device and cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on mobile, tablet and desktop.
• Verify integrations with third-party tools including Klaviyo, Okendo, Loox/Trustpilot, GA4 and Gorgias.
• Own QA of paid-ad creative, copy, landing-page alignment and tracking pixels.
• Review and QA all email and website copy for grammar, brand tone and legal compliance.
• Coordinate launch checklists, sign-off gates and execute smoke and regression tests before go-live.
