Quality Assurance Analyst – Manual Testing

About the role

Computer House is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to perform manual testing on software applications. The role focuses on functional, regression, integration, and UI testing to ensure high‑quality releases. You will work closely with developers and product teams to identify and resolve defects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive manual tests covering functional, regression, integration, and user‑interface scenarios.
• Create, document, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios aligned with product requirements.
• Log, track, and report bugs accurately using Jira, facilitating timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in QA process reviews and suggest improvements to enhance testing efficiency.

Required profile

• At least one year of professional software testing experience.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities for collaborative work environments.

Required skills

• Jira for bug tracking.
• Postman for API testing.
• TestRail for test management.
• Selenium or Playwright for automation support.
• Familiarity with functional, regression, integration, and UI testing techniques.
