About the role
Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage its front desk and reception area remotely. The role involves providing excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and reception area, handling incoming calls and greeting visitors.
- Maintain accurate appointment records and coordinate patient scheduling.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with various university departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
Required profile
- Minimum of two years of relevant front‑desk or receptionist experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
