About the role

As a Regional Sales Manager you will promote and sell Jotun’s decorative paint range to new and existing key customers across the south region of Pakistan. You will use Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to build strong relationships, respond to technical and sales inquiries, and ensure the company is seen as a preferred supplier of high‑quality products and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Create new customers by analysing the market, planning visits to potential clients and responding quickly to quotations and inquiries.
  • Monitor key dealers and projects closely to achieve the targeted sales budget.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular visits, providing product advice and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Follow up on pricing and payments to reduce days sales outstanding and meet gross‑margin targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing and Production to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably Sales & Marketing.
  • 7+ years of experience in field sales and business development.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and maintain relationships with dealers and key stakeholders.
  • Local language proficiency is preferred.
  • Proactive, results‑oriented, able to identify opportunities and manage risks.
