About the role
We are seeking a confident, result‑driven Lead Generation & Business Development Expert to identify potential clients, generate high‑quality leads, and sell our technology products and services to the right businesses. The role involves proactive outreach, understanding client needs, and moving prospects through the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, online platforms, business directories, and other sources.
- Contact prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and present company products/services effectively.
- Maintain accurate lead records and track follow‑up status.
- Build strong client relationships and advance leads through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead‑generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and client onboarding.
- Provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and sales performance.
Required profile
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong English communication and presentation abilities.
- Confidence in approaching new clients and handling follow‑ups.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily outreach activities.
