Relationship Manager – SME Commercial / Team Leader – Marketing

About the role

The role focuses on driving business growth within the SME sector for a leading client in the Financial Services & Banking industry. You will manage client relationships, generate new business, and ensure portfolio compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business for lease finance, term loans, and mortgage finance targeting SMEs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for senior management and board approval.
• Manage and retain the existing customer portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and policy compliance.
• Follow up on insurance renewals, KIBOR differentials, annual reviews, and other compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and stay updated on business and industry trends.
• Prepare industry analysis reports and market insights for management.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to disbursement, recovery, and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, leasing, or SME financing.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, credit proposal preparation, and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, relationship management, and people management skills.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Gross salary PKR 200,000 to 300,000 per month.
