About the role
We are looking for a proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to join Facebook Ads Expert’s remote‑first team. In this full‑time position you will support daily operations, ensure smooth workflows and help our clients achieve their marketing goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate virtual events.
- Organise and maintain data, prepare reports and track project timelines.
- Support client relations by handling communications and follow‑ups.
- Assist cross‑functional teams with administrative tasks and document preparation.
- Maintain process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required profile
- Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience in scheduling, reporting and data management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is desirable.
