Remote Call Center Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Associate to join our fully remote team. In this position you will make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers, present our services, and schedule qualified appointments while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using our CRM and dialer system.
• Engage prospects professionally, follow a scripted call flow, and address common questions and objections.
• Identify interested leads, verify appointment eligibility, and book qualified appointments using internal scheduling tools.
• Record call outcomes, lead statuses, and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain consistent calling activity throughout each shift and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team check‑ins, and other support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent spoken communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong listening, organization, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Reliable internet connection, power supply, laptop/PC and smartphone.
• Willingness to learn quickly, accept feedback, and stay productive while working remotely.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM platform.
• Familiarity with a dialer system for outbound calling.
