About the role
We are looking for a Remote Call Center Recruiter to drive high‑volume hiring for multiple call‑center positions. The role involves sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates while maintaining a professional, metrics‑driven approach.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound recruitment calls to potential candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and qualification interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and candidate notes.
- Support hiring campaigns and meet recruitment targets.
- Build and nurture strong candidate relationships.
- Ensure professionalism during high‑volume outreach.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated, dependable and able to work independently.
- Prior recruiting or call‑center experience preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
