About the role

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Recruiter to drive high‑volume hiring for multiple call‑center positions. The role involves sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates while maintaining a professional, metrics‑driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound recruitment calls to potential candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings and qualification interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and candidate notes.
• Support hiring campaigns and meet recruitment targets.
• Build and nurture strong candidate relationships.
• Ensure professionalism during high‑volume outreach.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, dependable and able to work independently.
• Prior recruiting or call‑center experience preferred.

Required skills
