Remote Recruiting Support Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our talent acquisition team and need a Remote Recruiting Support Specialist to manage candidate communications and screening operations. This fully remote position works during U.S. business hours and supports recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound recruiting calls and follow up with applicants.
• Conduct candidate screening calls using predefined hiring criteria.
• Assist with interview coordination and candidate scheduling.
• Enter and maintain candidate data in recruiting systems.
• Support recruiters with administrative and sourcing tasks.
• Communicate hiring updates to candidates promptly.
• Track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to additional talent acquisition projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong English communication and listening abilities.
• Comfortable working in a structured, metrics‑driven environment.
• Ability to handle high‑volume candidate interactions daily.
• Excellent computer navigation and multitasking skills.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and mobile device.
• Prior experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, virtual assistance, or telemarketing is a plus.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
