Remote Rust Engineer – AI Data Training

About the role

We are looking for a remote, hourly‑paid Rust Engineer to support AI data training. You will review AI‑generated Rust code, evaluate reasoning quality, and provide detailed feedback that helps large language models produce accurate, logical, and well‑explained solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create prompts and model responses to train AI on Rust programming concepts.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare AI‑generated code snippets for correctness, safety, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify errors in ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and algorithmic reasoning.
• Write high‑quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate idiomatic Rust patterns.
• Test AI outputs for biases or inaccuracies and ensure model reliability.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional Rust development experience in backend, CLI, or systems projects.
• Strong grasp of Rust’s ownership, borrowing, and lifetime model.
• Experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants and a disciplined approach to validating their output.
• Excellent English writing skills (C1 level) and a detail‑oriented work style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
