Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who currently leads technical teams or has recently transitioned from a Technical Lead role. The ideal candidate will drive end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, bridging business objectives with technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business goals into clear technical requirements.
• Guide teams through requirement analysis, design, and implementation phases.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Implement Agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison among business, product, data science, and engineering stakeholders.
• Track and report progress, KPIs, and milestones to senior leadership.
• Mentor team members to improve technical competence, communication, and professional growth.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on development experience.
• Current or recent experience as a Technical Lead with a desire to move into project management, or existing experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
