Sales Development Representative

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a proactive Inbound Sales Development Representative to handle incoming sales inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads within defined SLAs.
• Conduct initial outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Account Executive using HubSpot Meetings.
• Maintain CRM accuracy by logging activities, notes, and lead dispositions in HubSpot.
• Nurture cold leads and add them to follow‑up cadences or hand them off to marketing.
• Monitor and triage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure seamless handoff and calendar alignment.
• Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and patterns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar inbound SDR role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter, highly organized, and process‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Familiarity with email tools, calendar scheduling platforms, SMS platforms, and sales enablement tools.
