About the role
Brightwheel is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to help expand its presence in early education across Pakistan. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting early education centers and setting up product demonstrations.
Key responsibilities
- Make 100+ cold calls daily to prospect early education centers.
- Use discovery questions and active listening to identify prospect pain points and convey Brightwheel’s value.
- Schedule and confirm product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain an accurate, organized sales pipeline and track key metrics.
- Collaborate with your manager to refine sales processes and incorporate feedback.
Required profile
- Strong English fluency, both verbal and written.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with proven cold‑calling success.
- Resilient, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
