Sales Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive position is based in Islamabad and focuses on identifying new business opportunities for UpsideBuilders, a construction company delivering residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, realistic timelines and transparent cost information.
• Track sales activity in a CRM, prepare sales reports and contribute to forecasts and market insights.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities in a B2B or project‑based environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex construction details.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Urdu, willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Competence in standard office software for proposals, reporting and documentation.
