Sales Executive - RFP Proposals & Pipeline

About the role

Aslase, a software development and consulting company, is looking for a versatile Sales Executive who can move across its services sales pipeline and product marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate writes sharp RFP proposals and uses AI tools to work faster than a traditional sales representative. The position is based in EME Society, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, customize and submit proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs and tenders for the services business.
• Own and progress sales pipeline tasks, including prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, negotiation and closing, while supporting wherever needed.
• Support marketing and sales of company products, including outreach, campaign support and lead follow-through.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate pipeline and forecast visibility.
• Identify ways to use AI tools to automate research, drafting and administrative work and increase personal output.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, bid management or proposal writing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong ability to write clear, persuasive business documents such as proposals, emails, presentations and outreach materials.
• Comfortable managing ambiguous, cross-functional tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for research, sales and proposal workflows, such as Claude or ChatGPT, Perplexity, HubSpot Breeze, Apollo io or Cognism, Loopio, Inventive AI, or equivalent tools for structured RFP responses and reusable proposal content.
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new AI-powered sales and business development tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted presentation and proposal tools such as Gamma or Alai is preferred.
