About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships. The role combines client engagement, market analysis, and deal closure to drive revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify, pursue, and negotiate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Understand client requirements, provide detailed briefings on property units, and conduct site visits and demonstrations.
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Foster long‑term client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
