About the role
The company is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead the sales and customer expansion of its new energy storage portfolio, including industrial and commercial storage, smart micro‑grids and EV charging solutions in Pakistan.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and customer growth for energy storage products across industrial, commercial and EV charging segments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with energy‑related customers, agents and end‑users, ensuring long‑term cooperation.
- Understand customer needs, create sales strategies, and manage project implementation and order conversion.
- Participate in market research, industry exhibitions, and produce market analysis reports.
- Coordinate internal resources to follow up on order execution, delivery scheduling and after‑sales support to boost customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in power, energy, automation, international trade or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally with new‑energy or energy‑storage products.
- Proven ability to independently develop customers and negotiate projects.
- Strong self‑motivation, result‑orientation, market sensitivity and teamwork capability.
