About the role

LearnTastic is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive B2B sales and build relationships with professional learners across industries. The remote position works on a US Central time shift and focuses on expanding the company’s portfolio of accredited continuing‑education courses.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with end‑users to achieve business goals.
  • Reach out to and qualify leads through outbound calling and social media.
  • Maintain and grow existing leads while identifying new opportunities.
  • Conduct customer surveys and develop effective B2B sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through targeted sales efforts.
  • Prepare commercial and pricing documents for prospective clients.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Promote company products and services to potential and existing customers.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing within a US‑based firm.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work the US Central shift (remote).

Required skills

  • Proven experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
