About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and handle outbound and inbound calls targeting US‑based prospects. The role involves generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals for international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to potential US clients.
- Build and maintain relationships through follow‑ups and effective communication.
- Present company services professionally and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Record call details, prospect status, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
Required profile
- Experience in outbound/inbound sales, cold calling, lead generation or telemarketing.
- Familiarity with US campaigns and ability to work night‑shift hours.
- Target‑driven mindset with a track record of closing deals and earning commission.
