About the role

Integriti is looking for a Sales Strategy & Growth Specialist who thrives on proactive selling and can own the full sales cycle across outbound and partnership channels. You will help scale our tech services in the US, Canada, and Europe by turning prospects into repeat customers and building predictable revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify qualified prospects within defined Ideal Customer Profiles using Upwork, LinkedIn and other databases.
  • Manage day‑to‑day selling activities on Upwork, outbound email/LinkedIn campaigns, and agency partnerships.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM tools, guiding leads from qualification through proposal, negotiation and closure.
  • Craft high‑quality, customized proposals and optimize Upwork presence to improve win rates.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly sales metrics, forecast revenue and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align on growth targets and refine ICPs.

Required profile

  • 3–7 years of B2B tech or service sales experience.
  • Proven track record generating and closing deals via Upwork, outbound outreach, and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to performance improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for client interaction and proposal creation.
  • Self‑starter attitude with ownership and persistence throughout the buyer journey.
