Security Manager

About the role

VTTI is seeking a full‑time Security Manager to be based on‑site in Karachi. The role oversees physical security, manages security operations, and mitigates risks to ensure a safe environment for the facility and its assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international security regulations.
• Coordinate investigations of incidents and security breaches.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to protect assets, information and personnel.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align physical security with cybersecurity and network security measures.

Required profile

• Preferably a military or army background.
• Proven experience in security operations, risk management, emergency response and asset protection.
• Strong understanding of information security and cybersecurity principles.
• Knowledge of network security strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
