Security Supervisor and Security Guards (Multan)

About the role

We are looking for a Security Supervisor and three Security Guards to join our team at the Yaqoob Group facility in Multan. The positions are full‑time, on‑site and focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervisor: plan, coordinate and oversee daily security operations.
• Supervisor: manage the security team, schedule shifts and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Supervisor: conduct regular patrols, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Guards: monitor premises, control access points and perform routine patrols.
• Guards: respond promptly to alarms, disturbances or emergencies.
• Guards: document and report all security incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security or related fields; supervisory experience preferred for the supervisor role.
• Strong physical fitness and ability to stay alert during working hours.
• Good communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Knowledge of incident reporting and emergency response protocols is an advantage.
