About the role
The General Manager will lead daily operations at our Lahore office, driving strategic growth and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services to our high‑profile clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and process optimisation.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships, upholding confidentiality and trust.
- Monitor business performance, implement company policies, and drive innovation.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
- Strong strategic planning, organisational and decision‑making abilities.
- Expertise in client relationship management with a focus on confidentiality.
- Fluency in business operations, resource allocation and process optimisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of travel risk management and executive protection is ideal.
- Academic qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
