Senior Associate – Markets Operations & Business Development (MENA Tax)

About the role

EY is seeking a senior‑level associate to support the MENA Tax & Law team in a permanent Markets Operations and Business Development capacity. The role will work across teams, accounts and geographies to accelerate growth, manage pipelines and embed data‑driven processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the MENA Tax Leader and Tax COO in delivering market‑focused priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Drive sales pipeline management in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate recording and monitoring of opportunities.
• Coordinate deal review processes, provide stakeholder updates and prepare performance insights for leadership.
• Support priority accounts and high‑growth sectors through internal planning, client forums and regional campaigns.
• Identify and implement AI, Microsoft Copilot and automation opportunities to improve reporting and operational processes.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in business development, markets, sales operations or a related commercial function.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed, professional‑services environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic, commercially focused mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) for pipeline management.
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, data analysis and automation.
