Senior Electrical Engineer – E‑House Solutions

About the role

INTECH Automation Intelligence is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead proposal and execution activities for E‑House solutions across oil & gas, petrochemical and utility sectors. You will ensure that project scopes align with customer requirements and drive delivery of reliable power distribution infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Review RFQs and confirm project scope against sales commitments.
• Lead design and execution, assigning tasks to team members.
• Validate engineering documentation for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate vendor technical offers and ensure contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with planning to create detailed schedules and progress trackers for engineering, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of documents, materials and deliverables.
• Liaise with site teams to guarantee safe, on‑time execution in line with HSE standards.
• Conduct technical reviews, enforce QA/QC plans and drive value‑engineering and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in electrical engineering for industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of E‑House systems, power distribution and relevant industry standards.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and interface with customers, vendors and site personnel.
• Excellent understanding of QA/QC, HSE compliance and project cost control.
