About the role

The Senior Executive Retail Sales position at Interwood Mobel focuses on driving furniture sales through direct customer engagement. You will guide clients from inquiry to purchase, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by actively presenting the home‑furniture range.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, answer queries, demonstrate product features, and advise on buying decisions.
• Prepare sales orders, process transactions, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow up post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain showroom standards: arrange displays, price tagging, floor cleanliness, and assist with inventory counts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to boost overall sales performance and foster a positive team environment.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
