Senior Expansion Manager

About the role

Noon Academy is seeking a senior leader to scale its education program for out‑of‑school children across Punjab. You will drive the expansion from 10,000 students in 25 schools to a target of 1 million children in over 500 schools, working closely with government partners and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a province‑wide expansion strategy, identifying high‑priority districts and growth opportunities.
• Build scalable operational models and continuously refine them based on field learnings.
• Own relationships with the Punjab Education Foundation and other key stakeholders, ensuring compliance, approvals, and coordinated reporting.
• Lead end‑to‑end school launches, overseeing site, enrollment, staffing, and operational readiness to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Recruit, structure, and coach field and operations teams across multiple districts, fostering accountability and performance discipline.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in scaling education or similar programs.
• Strong track record of managing government partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to design and implement large‑scale operational models.
• Leadership skills to build, motivate, and develop high‑performing field teams.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting ambitious enrollment targets.
