Parents Relation Officer (PRO)

About the role

Kestrel Education is looking for a professional, approachable, and highly organized Parents Relation Officer (PRO) to act as the main communication bridge between the institution, parents, and students. The role supports student recruitment, engagement, and retention while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, schools, and educational partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding admissions, student services, and institutional programs.
• Achieve monthly student enrollment and engagement targets.
• Provide accurate information on programs, university pathways, admissions requirements, and related services.
• Guide families through documentation, application procedures, and standardized test registrations (e.g., IELTS, SAT).
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Coordinate meetings, counseling sessions, and follow‑ups with prospective students and parents.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, applications, and status updates in the company database.
• Assist in organizing seminars, school visits, workshops, and promotional events.
• Support marketing activities through social media engagement and community outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer relations, admissions counseling, student recruitment, sales, or a similar role.
• 1–2 years of experience in an educational consultancy or academic environment preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with parents, students, and institutional representatives.
• Familiarity with admissions procedures and educational counseling is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
