Senior Lead - HR Business Partner

About the role

CureMD is looking for a Senior Lead HR Business Partner who acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals. The role builds a culture of accountability and integrity, provides data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimizes HR processes. It suits an experienced HR professional eager to impact organizational performance and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Work with executive leadership and department heads to assess business needs and design tailored HR solutions.
• Use data management and analytics to report on HR metrics, workforce planning and employee engagement, giving actionable insights.
• Oversee HR processes and programs so HR services are delivered efficiently.
• Advocate for both employees and leadership, and champion initiatives that improve culture, engagement, satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and run HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Guide complex employee relations, conflict resolution, compliance and performance management issues.
• Improve HR processes and systems, and mentor HR team members.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and present regular updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnership or HRBP roles and increasing responsibility.
• Proven expertise in data management, analytics and strategic reporting.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies and industry best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
