Human Resources Analyst

About the role

ibex is looking for an HR Analyst to join its Human Resource team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and stakeholder management, and can understand business requirements and run hiring processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, feedback collection, offer placement and hiring closures.
• Work with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand resource needs, workforce needs, hiring priorities and role expectations so vacancies are filled on time.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and good employee experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, monitor hiring progress, follow up on time and streamline recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through job portals, professional networks, referrals and other sourcing channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Prefers BPO or contact center experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
