About the role

The Senior Legal Associate will support the firm in handling complex client matters and representing clients in court. This role involves building strong client relationships, delivering strategic legal advice, and contributing to the firm’s growth through high‑quality research and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex client matters across corporate, commercial, and litigation domains.
• Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic legal counsel.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents to a high standard.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and firm development.
• Collaborate with the nationwide network of affiliated lawyers as needed.

Required profile

• High Court licence from the Punjab Bar Council (mandatory).
• LLB or LLM degree from an accredited institution.
• 3‑5 years of post‑qualification legal experience.
• Proven experience in litigation, drafting, and legal research.
• Strong client management and negotiation abilities.
