Legal Transformation Project Manager

About the role

The Legal Transformation Project Manager will drive a multi‑workstream program aimed at modernising legal operations, specifically the end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle. Reporting to the Project Owner, you will apply Lean Six Sigma and change‑management practices to improve cycle time, quality, compliance and stakeholder experience across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, IT and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the legal transformation roadmap across process, policy, tooling and change‑management workstreams.
• Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs and status reporting for the Project Owner and stakeholders.
• Facilitate working sessions and decision forums, capture decisions and drive action‑item closure.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (VOC, value‑stream mapping) to identify pain points and translate them into SOPs, controls and checklists.
• Implement streamlined vendor contract review workflows, monitor routing, SLA tracking and escalations.
• Partner with Procurement on vendor onboarding and Know‑Your‑Supplier due‑diligence steps.
• Support continuous improvement of SOPs, playbooks, templates and quick‑reference guides.
• Assist with training, communications and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.
• Strong understanding of vendor contract lifecycle and legal operations.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, IT and business units.
