Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

Software Finder, a leading technology marketplace, is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to lead legal and compliance initiatives, support strategic decisions, and protect the company’s interests as it expands globally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters to leadership and internal teams.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage client, vendor, service, NDA, partnership and employment agreements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments, develop compliance frameworks, and mitigate legal risks.
• Advise on corporate governance, maintain corporate records, and support board meetings.
• Manage pre‑litigation matters, coordinate external counsel, and develop dispute‑avoidance strategies.
• Draft and update internal policies, and deliver legal awareness training.

Required profile

• LL.B. from a recognized institution (LL.M. preferred).
• 7‑9 years of post‑qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial law, contract management and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience handling complex negotiations and business transactions.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
