Senior Manager Marketing & Brand Activation

About the role

The Millennium Education is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Marketing & Brand Activation for its Roots Millennium Schools & Colleges network. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and support enrollment growth across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and brand campaigns.
• Oversee digital and traditional marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage events, outreach programs, and on‑ground activation initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor actions to inform strategy.
• Manage marketing budgets and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in marketing management, brand strategy, and activation, preferably in education or services.
• Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and content development for web and offline channels.
• Proven experience planning and executing events and activation campaigns.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; master’s degree or certifications are a plus.
• High organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
