Senior Manager — Order Management

About the role

Nysonian is seeking a Senior Manager – Order Management to own and scale its global fulfilment engine across D2C, B2B and marketplace channels. Based in Islamabad, you will coordinate a network of 3PL partners and carriers serving the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and GCC, ensuring orders are delivered on‑time and in‑full.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end fulfilment operations for multiple channels and regions, meeting dispatch and delivery SLAs.
• Manage regional carrier, shipping‑line and 3PL relationships, negotiating SLAs, reviewing performance and optimising costs.
• Monitor order‑to‑fulfilment timelines, identify bottlenecks and lead continuous‑improvement and automation projects.
• Track carrier performance through label‑to‑delivery analytics, handle claims, recoveries and corrective actions.
• Maintain fulfilment and warehouse KPIs such as OTIF, pick accuracy, inventory accuracy and cost‑to‑serve.
• Lead reverse‑logistics and returns operations, reducing RTO, managing refund SLAs and analysing financial impact.
• Oversee B2B retailer fulfilment and marketplace operations, including EDI integrations and ASN compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑ownership logistics or supply‑chain roles with global reach.
• Hands‑on operator capable of balancing day‑to‑day execution with strategic process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate 3PLs, carriers and internal teams across multiple time zones.
• Track record of meeting tight SLAs and driving cost‑efficient fulfilment.
