About the role

Kaptain Cabs is looking for a full‑time Dispatcher to join its on‑site team in Islamabad. You will be the central point for handling incoming calls, scheduling trips and coordinating drivers to ensure smooth, timely taxi operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer calls, capturing trip details accurately.
• Schedule and dispatch vehicles, matching drivers with passenger requests.
• Monitor routes in real time and adjust assignments as needed.
• Respond to service inquiries and resolve logistical issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date driver schedules and accurate dispatch records.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and make decisions under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills

• Familiarity with dispatch software systems.
• Basic computer proficiency.
