Senior Product Operations Specialist

About the role

Careem Pay is looking for a data‑driven Senior Product Operations Specialist to own the end‑to‑end release cycle, funnel optimisation, and Martech performance for all customer‑facing assets. This high‑visibility position sits at the intersection of product, data and growth, acting as the operational backbone of the Pay product engine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market (GTM) and product launches from post‑development through full scale‑up.
• Own the user funnel, using data insights to define and inform the product roadmap.
• Set up and manage touch‑points across the Careem app, super‑app banners, widgets, shortcuts, vertical tiles and loyalty surfaces.
• Maintain a structured asset calendar ensuring every channel is live, correctly targeted and aligned with growth priorities.
• Run rapid experimentation cycles, spinning assets up and down with speed and rigor.
• Serve as the primary growth‑ops liaison with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing and Loyalty teams.
• Partner with analytics on experiment design, holdout groups and incrementality measurement.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure assets are produced on‑time, on‑brand and correctly deployed.
• Document all operational processes and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge bases.
