Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Programs

About the role

Zones is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise‑wide programs and multi‑project portfolios. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, partnering with senior leadership to ensure initiatives align with business objectives and customer commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead large‑scale, enterprise programs spanning multiple workstreams, teams, and functional areas.
• Define program strategy, delivery approach, success criteria, and governance models aligned to business and customer outcomes.
• Act as a strategic partner to executive and senior stakeholders, providing recommendations, trade‑off analysis, and forward‑looking insights.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to project managers and cross‑functional teams; establish delivery standards and best practices.
• Ensure executive‑level visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and customer impact through concise reporting.
• Proactively identify and manage enterprise risks, cross‑functional dependencies, and systemic issues; develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery.
