Senior SEO Executive

About the role

Medcare MSO, a leading medical billing and revenue cycle management firm, is seeking a Senior SEO Executive to elevate its digital presence. You will lead advanced SEO initiatives that drive high‑quality organic traffic and improve conversion rates for our healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and conversions.
• Lead on‑page and off‑page optimization, including content structuring, technical SEO, and backlink acquisition.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
• Perform comprehensive website audits to resolve crawling, indexing, speed, mobile‑friendliness, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Implement technical SEO best practices such as structured data markup, schema, and canonicalization.
• Optimize content and landing pages to enhance E‑E‑A‑T signals.
• Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Design and oversee ethical link‑building campaigns to boost domain authority.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Collaborate with content, development, and digital marketing teams and mentor junior SEO staff.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in healthcare or medical billing.
• Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms, search intent, and white‑hat SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
