Senior System Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to evaluate, design, and improve our IT systems and workflows. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that solutions align with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, creating functional specifications, use cases, and UI mock‑ups.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for developers.
• Collaborate directly with developers to convert requirements into functional software.
• Manage multiple projects and project plans simultaneously, overseeing delivery from concept to post‑implementation support.
• Conduct testing and verification, either personally or with the QA team, and perform user acceptance testing.
• Provide training to end‑users on new functionalities and track issues to resolution.
• Design front‑end aspects of projects and manage human‑computer interaction considerations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Strong documentation skills and experience creating comprehensive requirement specifications.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering solutions on time.
