Business Intelligence and Analytics Consultant – Integrated Data System (6‑month contract)

About the role

UNICEF Pakistan seeks a Business Intelligence and Analytics Consultant to strengthen the Integrated Data System (IDS) as a core decision‑support platform. The six‑month, office‑based assignment will shift focus from system development to generating actionable insights, improving dashboards, and introducing light AI‑enabled reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct continuous analysis of IDS datasets (programme, administrative, survey) and produce structured analytical briefs.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards aligned with programme priorities, ensuring usability and adoption across sections.
• Integrate priority internal and external datasets into IDS, improving data quality, consistency, and interoperability.
• Deliver iterative IDS releases that combine data integration, analytics, and dashboard enhancements.
• Introduce AI approaches for automated summaries, reporting, and data narratives where relevant.

Required profile

• Pakistani national (open to Pakistani nationals only).
• Ability to work onsite in Islamabad for the full six‑month contract.
