About the role

Voov Media is seeking a senior video editor to produce high‑impact short‑form videos for social platforms. The role is fully remote and offers a structured, full‑time schedule focused on audience retention, watch time and viral performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 25–30 polished three‑minute edits each week, adhering to tight deadlines.
• Apply pacing, storytelling and retention‑focused techniques to maximize engagement.
• Manage source files, project assets and version control with strong organization.
• Collaborate with creators and internal teams, incorporating feedback quickly and professionally.
• Monitor video performance metrics and adjust editing strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional video‑editing experience.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English communication and strong reliability.
• Detail‑oriented, performance‑driven and able to maintain quality at scale.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
