Senior Web Developer

About the role

Qureos Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to lead the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of responsive websites and web applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance solutions that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and enhancement of responsive web solutions using modern technologies.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, high‑performance applications based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to plan and deliver technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code and enforce coding standards.
• Integrate and manage APIs, databases, third‑party services, and external systems.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and mentor junior developers.
• Own deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, security updates, and ongoing support.
• Analyze technical challenges, contribute to architecture decisions, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Backend technologies like PHP, Laravel, Node.js
• Database knowledge: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Version control with Git
