SEO & CRM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO & CRM Specialist to boost our online visibility and manage customer relationships. The role combines search engine optimisation tasks with day‑to‑day CRM administration, supporting both marketing performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis for SEO initiatives.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, and landing pages to improve rankings.
• Monitor website rankings, traffic, and overall SEO performance.
• Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries, ensure timely follow‑ups, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Generate regular reports on SEO metrics and CRM activities.
• Support customer engagement and retention programmes.
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing and communication campaigns.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good analytical, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
