SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

The Digi Tech Resource Group, LLC is seeking an SEO Specialist to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic for its clients. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute data‑driven SEO strategies that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Improve organic rankings and increase search traffic through effective SEO strategies.
• Perform on‑page optimization, including keyword research, SEO copy editing, and campaign analysis.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement best‑practice recommendations.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical SEO and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus).
• Experience managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

What we offer

• Competitive salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 per month (negotiable based on skill set).

• Night‑shift schedule (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) in Lahore.
