Service Delivery Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Service Delivery Executive to ensure high‑quality service delivery and client satisfaction. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, handling queries, escalations, and day‑to‑day operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver services to clients on time and in line with agreed SLAs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service queries and escalations.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor service performance, track incidents and requests via ticketing systems, and maintain service reports.
• Support client onboarding and ongoing communication.
• Identify and propose process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in service delivery, customer support, IT support, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
