Shopify Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The Shopify Customer Support Specialist provides timely and accurate assistance to customers using the Shopify platform. Working remotely, the specialist collaborates with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolves issues related to deliveries, warranties, and returns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via email and live chat, delivering clear and prompt responses.
• Utilize Shopify tools for order management, including timeline logging, draft order creation, and profile updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams to allocate shipments, hold products, and guarantee timely dispatch.
• Process returns, exchanges, and approve Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) according to company policy.
• Investigate delivery problems, fraud flags, and address issues, applying strict cancellation protocols.

Required profile

• Experience with customer ticketing system management and order handling.
• Strong conflict‑resolution skills and meticulous record‑keeping.
• Ability to stay updated on Shopify platform changes and best practices.
