Site Civil Engineer

About the role

Al Rafiq Construction Co. is seeking a full‑time Site Civil Engineer to join its Karachi team. The role involves overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring that civil engineering designs are implemented accurately on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on‑site construction work for civil engineering projects.
• Implement design plans, drawings, and specifications while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and local construction codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in civil engineering project planning and on‑site supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations is advantageous.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (or similar drafting software) – a plus.
